6 Week Beginners Pilates

Our 6 week  beginners pilates course teaches you the fundamentals and principles of pilates through detailed instruction, demonstration and adjustments. It is educational while at the same time working on strengthening, stretchng, mobilising and balancing. This is a slow paced 45 minute session taking you through what you need to know to get started with pilates safely and confidently.

1 to 1 Pilates

6 week 1-2-1 Beginners Pilates course. 45 minute session £40. 

All equipment provided.

2 to 1 Pilates

Come with a friend for 2-to 1 beginners 6 week course. 45 minute sessions £45 each (22.50 per person)

All equipment provided

Yoga Class
